Description:
Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal hints of the Grapes of origin with floral and fruit and spice notes. Intense and persistent, with good acidity, sparkling with long Charmat method, which gives persistence and aroma to the palate.
Features:
Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an intense but elegant and fruity acidity typical of Rose Brut, for palates that prefer cleanliness and freshness.
Harvest:
Traditional, in the month of September, before the grapes reach full maturity to capture freshness and the right acidity to prepare the base for the second fermentation for “foaming” before bottling.

Aging / Aging:
