Corvina grapes harvested at the end of September, vinified in white, give rise to this amazing rosé wine with soft and fresh tannins vinified below 25 °.
Features:
Soft pink color, delicate and fresh with velvety aromas, with the peculiar characteristics of reds vinified in white with great flavor and freshness.
Vineyard of origin:
The grapes come from the vineyards south of Lake Garda.

Aging / Aging:
The Rose Veneto after fermentation and foaming, to favor the varietal aromatic extraction, is aged for 3 months in the bottle before being sold. The strong wine of an imposing structure and one
high alcohol content lends itself to aging for several years, improving its complexity over time.
