Traditional, manual in the box in September before the grapes reach full ripeness to catch the freshness and prepare the base for the subsequent fermentation for the final fermentation.

Aging / Aging:
Prosecco DOC – Millesimato Extra Dry after fermentation and a second long fermentation of about 60 days for an elegant and persistent fine froth taking in order to also favor the varietal aromatic extraction of GLERA is aged for 3 months in bottle before being placed on sale.
