Description:
Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal hints of the vinified Glera and the Aromatic Chardonnay notes with floral and spring scents. Intense and persistent, with a good acidity, sparkling with long Charmat method, devoid of name but son of a wise blend designed to enhance the peculiarities of the two Vines.
Features:
Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an elegant acidity typical of the grape variety and an intense flavor typical of the varieties, Extra Dry, for the most demanding palates who prefer softness.
Ground:
mixed calcareous texture with sparse pebbles, with basic PH
Harvest:
Traditional, in September, before the grapes reach full maturity to capture their freshness and prepare the base for the second fermentation for the “foaming”.
Aging / Aging:
The Podium Spumante – Extra Dry after the alcoholic fermentation and a second fermentation of more than 2 months for a fine and persistent sparkling aftertaste suitable for favoring the varietal aromatic extraction of the two vines is aged for at least a couple of months in the bottle before to be put up for sale.
